  • Damaged/Defective Goods:

    • Customers are eligible for an exchange if the goods delivered are damaged or defective upon opening.

    • Verification through clear and detailed pictures shared by the customer is required.

    • The customer must notify our support team immediately upon discovering the damage/defect.

  • Wrong Delivery/Order Cancellation:

    • Customers are eligible for a full refund in the event of a wrong delivery address, incorrect information provided by the customer, or order cancellation, only if the order has not been fulfilled.

    • If the order has been fulfilled, our support team will issue a ticket to resolve the issue. We will make every effort to correct the error.

  • Disclaimer:

    • Our support team reserves the right to cancel or dismiss any refund or exchange request.

    • All refund and exchange requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    • The decision of the support team is final.

  • Time Limit:

    • No refunds or exchanges will be issued after one (1) week from the date of purchase.
